Nikhil has expertise in analytics, environmental sciences, chemical engineering and project operations. He has experience in developing Clean Development Mechanism Projects, and Market Research. He has experience in the Climate Change and Infrastructure related project and research activities. He has exposure in conducting need assessment and feasibility studies.

Ritesh Kumar Das, Analyst
Ritesh is a Post Graduate from IIT Kharagpur, 2009. He has excellent analytical and quantitative skills. He has experience in the Infrastructure related project and research activities. He has exposure in conducting need assessment and feasibility studies.

Sushanta Kumar Das, Accountant
Sushanta is an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University with specialization in finance. He has an experience of 9 years in the fields of finance area.
