B.K Mishra, Director
Mr. Mishra is one of the directors and the ex-CEO of Welspun Pipes and has been providing strategic direction to growth of Verve. He is currently involved in identifying and managing the company partnerships in India and abroad.
Sanjaya Gupta, Director
Sanjaya is an M. Tech in Computer Science from BITS Pilani. He has founded CRAC Computers, a software and hardware Company. In the year 2000, he started a new company 4Cplus which is now venture funded by Angel Investors. He brings in key exposure for Verve to specific industrial sectors and an understanding of IT technology.
Allan Dais, Director
Allan is a Mechanical engineer and a management graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He has 17 years of consulting experience in financial services in India, Jamaica and United Kingdom in retail and corporate banking and capital markets. He had been associated with PriceWaterHouse coopers in their financial advisory domain with specialization in equity markets. His interest areas are energy efficient technologies and innovations in construction technology.
Debasish Mahapatro, Director & CEO, 37 years
Debasish, the founder Director, is a Management Graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He has a degree in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi and is a Gurukul alumnus of the London School of Economics and Political Science. With a career spanning over 15 years, he brings with him a sectoral expertise across all the three business domains of Verve- natural resources, climate change and infrastructure development. He is involved in strategic planning, forging international partnerships, organizational development, and leading key business development initiatives at Verve.
Advisor
Priyadarshi Thakur, Advisor
Mr. Thakur is a 1970 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. He has served in various capacities at the state and national level. He was Secretary to Government of India in the Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises during 2005-06. Thereafter, as GoI nominee, he worked as the Director General of the International Centre, Ljubljana (Slovenia-EU) from 2006-08, and has recently returned from Europe. He currently provides strategic direction to various Verve initiatives.

Mr. Biswajit Pradhan, Vice President
Biswajit is an MBA from Meerut University with an experience of 10 years in managing and executing projects with Government and Private agencies in the areas of Public Enterprise Reform, Infrastructure and Organisation Structuring, process re-engineering and public enterprise reform. His active interests lie in developing organizational strategy and business plans at Verve.
Lipika Patro, Regional Head, Bhubaneswar
Lipika is an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar with an experience of 7 years in managing and executing projects with Government and Private agencies in the areas of Capacity Building, Training and Organisation Structuring, process and system design, business development, project implementation, monitoring, and documentation.
Paras Agarwal, Regional Head, Delhi
Paras is a Bachelor in Mining Engineering from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, 2007. He has expertise in Project management and Client management. He has experience in developing Clean Development Mechanism Projects in the sectors like renewable, energy efficiency, waste management, alternate fuel, etc.. He has experience in the Climate Change and Infrastructure related project and research activities. He has exposure in conducting need assessment and feasibility studies
